Style Riders Show: The Finals
The theme for the Finals was "Druids" and while I still went with clothing set that the SSO devs designed specifically for Druids, I tried my best to veer away from the typical green shades that most players associate with them, opting for the Whimsical light blue look. Yesterday's voting process was very difficult to say the least because there were just so many great outfits and a lot of them so very similar with such slight differences! It was hard to NOT like them all!
Today, to my genuine surprise, I received mail saying I ranked 2nd place earning a nice 850 JS!
"After counting the votes, we found that you were ranked second in the show this time! You were so close to first place, but don't disregard how amazing this achievement is. You did what many people aspire to: create fashion that is loved by many."
I'm honored to have placed at all! This was such a fun event and the only thing I would have them change about it is I wish they kept a location available to players where we can view the top 3 winners' outfits. (I'd want to see them even if I didn't place!) So, it was sad to see the Style Riders Show area gone with the weekly update, but I am very much looking forward to the next time the Style Riders Show UP in Jorvik again! 😉
The Participation Award is a purple ribbon for our lovely horses, and the Finalist reward is a purple (max stats!) shirt.
